At purflo we like to ensure that our customers and their little one/s receive the best service possible. This is something we take very seriously and is an area in which we pride ourselves. To enable us to best look after your needs please read through our order & delivery polices below.

Please note that all order received before 12:00pm on a working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays) Will be dispatched on the same day.

EU and International deliveries are temporarily suspended, we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

How do I know if my order has been despatched?

Please make sure you enter your contact email address in correctly as this well be used to send you an order confirmation email. You will then receive an email once your order has been dispatched and the tracking number has been generated.

What happens to my parcel if I’m not home?

We use two couriers depending on the size of the delivery; Royal Mail and DPD. If you miss a Royal Mail delivery, they will take the parcel back to your local sorting office and leave a card with information on how to collect it.

For DPD deliveries, you will receive a text and/or email alert before delivery with the option to change delivery day if the one provided isn’t suitable. If delivery is stilled missed, DPD will leave a note and attempt to redeliver the following working day. You can advise a safe place to store your delivery or choose an alternative day.

What happens when I pre-order a product?

Products are put up for pre-order when they are new and about to launch or we are currently out of stock. When you place a pre-order you will receive an immediate confirmation email and will be charged for your order. Once we receive stock, we will ship them to our pre-order customers immediately and you will get a notification that your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order was placed directly with us at www.purflo.com, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to hello@purflo.com along with your order number. Our customer services team will then be in contact to arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order was placed with another retailer, please contact them directly about the damage and they will be able to advise you further.

What is Next Working Day Delivery?

Next working day deliveries will be made on week days only. Orders placed by 11am will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day and will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

What if my country is not listed above?

We try to ship to as many countries as possible through our website. However, some specific addresses and countries require a specialist quote from our couriers. If you wish to have Purflo products shipped to you in a different country than listed above, please email hello@purflo.com with the items you’d wish to order and the address they would be delivered to. We will then liaise with our couriers and get back to you with a shipping quote.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days. If the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse we will stop the dispatch. If the order has already left our warehouse you will be required to pay for its redelivery back to us. Any stock returned to our warehouse will be inspected upon it’s arrival and will only be refunded if it is in a new, unused condition and still in it’s original packaging.
